This is not a stroll- we put all muscles in motion in many directions. The arms work the upper body, the core muscles fire to get that tummy area slim and the legs move in new directions for maximum muscle activation.

Pilates Mat

An exercise system that is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury.

Piloxing

Piloxing is an interval class that blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the sculpting and flexibility of pilates along with fun dance moves making it both fun and challenging.

Small group strength training designed to fatigue your muscles for optimum toning while not bulking up.
